Land the repository-owned convergence contract prepared under #763 without closing the attended live-operations issue.

Acceptance

The immutable Qwen Image Edit 2511 model asset, missing-file-aware disk preflight, and required native-node inventory checks are tracked.
Runtime, Ansible, and feature documentation match the converger.
The focused Windows ComfyUI convergence test passes.
The repository pre-commit suite passes.
The signed commit reaches canonical Forgejo main.

Live model download, fixed-seed generation, measurements, preserved artifacts, and the Designer verdict remain tracked by #763.
