Blocked on coilyco-flight-deck/agentic-os#939 landing and reaching the operator hosts.

Once aosguard ops forgejo-storage measure is available:

Change scripts/forgejo-storage-measure.sh to delegate to the guarded command.
Update the disk-pressure skill's Forgejo measurement reference to permit independent agent invocation through AOSguard.
Remove the human handoff wording for this read-only measurement path.
Keep the generic node-stats and kubectl boundaries unchanged.
Remove duplicated filesystem and SQL measurement logic so AOS owns the procedure.
Validate the wrapper, skill references, and fleet rollout.

Do not remove the attended wrapper fallback before the AOS release is installed on operator hosts.
