Restore a reproducible source and release path for the required repo-recall and session-lattice Homebrew services.

Evidence

coilyco-flight-deck/repo-recall and coilyco-flight-deck/session-lattice return 404 on Forgejo.
Existing dedicated taps still point at removed coilysiren/* Forgejo repositories.
The GitHub repo-recall copy stops at tag v0.45.0 while its last formula references v0.51.0.
The centralized flight-deck tap deleted both product formulae on 2026-07-08.
Infrastructure issue #752 preserves installed kegs and stops treating the services as retired.

Required operator action

Recover or recreate the canonical repositories and their missing release refs from an authoritative backup. Do not synthesize missing tags from a stale mirror.

Acceptance

Both canonical source repositories and required release refs resolve.
The chosen primary tap publishes installable repo-recall and session-lattice formulae.
Formula source URLs resolve without redirects to deleted repositories.
Infrastructure can declare the canonical taps and formulae present, then retire only superseded sources.
The issue receives the interactive label when that label is available in this repository.
