The first rollout of #748 showed that community.general.homebrew with update_homebrew: true refreshes every registered tap. The AOS tap updated successfully, but the task still failed on kai-server because the retired coilysiren/session-lattice and coilysiren/repo-recall remotes no longer exist.

Acceptance conditions:

aos-native refreshes only the repository backing coilyco-flight-deck/tap before resolving aos.
Unrelated stale taps cannot fail the tagged AOS convergence.
The two observed retired coilysiren/* taps are declared absent in the normal macOS and Linux Homebrew inventories.
Role documentation describes the scoped refresh and repository-reset behavior.
Ward Ansible lint and pre-commit pass.
