Update the canonical agent-compose deployment defaults from the legacy aos-public source label to the normalized aos provider namespace introduced by coilyco-flight-deck/agentic-os#841.

Acceptance criteria:

The deployed provider source id is aos.
The OpenCode load-point comment describes the aos slice.
The Ansible configuration validation passes.
The aos-native install role and tag retain their existing names because they describe the native installation mode rather than a path namespace.

This commit changes tracked convergence input only. It does not run Ansible or mutate a host.
