Part of coilyco-bridge/agentic-os-kai#785. The existing repo-* source still points at the retired ~/projects/coilysiren/infrastructure/ location. Set the canonical repo-pointer owner config, regenerate from live Forgejo metadata, validate, and land the truthful coilyco-flight-deck/infrastructure path on main.
