Goal

Regenerate this repository's repo-<name> pointer skill from the canonical Forgejo description and topics approved in coilysiren/inbox#305.

Acceptance

The pointer is generated by the agentic-os generator, not hand-edited.
Its frontmatter carries the exact canonical description and shared topic triggers.
The generated description remains below the 200-byte cap.
Repository pre-commit passes.

This is one repository-scoped landing step in the AOSK pointer-skill aggregation.
