Outcome

Make kai-server converge the authorized retirement of the legacy native Sirens Discord admin bot.

Scope

Stop and disable the legacy service and update timer.
Remove the two service units, timer unit, and sudoers drop-in.
Reload systemd and keep the removal idempotent.
Leave Sirens Echo and the game-server units untouched.

Acceptance

The role is gated to kai-server in the normal sync play.
Check mode and repository validation pass.
A host converge removes every legacy unit and sudoers artifact.
The legacy timer cannot resume after a reboot.

Implementation landed on canonical main at 6dffa46. Repository tests and the full pre-commit suite passed, including ansible-lint, yamllint, and secret scanning. A scoped check reached kai-server but stopped before the first role task with Missing sudo password. Read-only runtime evidence still shows the main service enabled/failed, the update service failed, the update timer enabled/active, and all four installed artifacts present. Kai's remaining operator action from a clean infrastructure checkout is: ward exec ansible-sync -- apply tags=sirens-admin-retirement hosts=kai-server ask_pass. Keep this issue open until the post-converge unit and file checks pass.
