AOS main now makes Bash and Zsh entry points independent and defaults supported shell launches to the projects root.

Completed evidence

Windows Git Bash, MSYS2 Zsh, PowerShell, Alacritty, Zellij, and Warp now open at X:\projects.
kai-server is synchronized. Fresh Bash and Zsh both open at /home/kai/projects.

Human-owned walls

ser8 has two pre-existing untracked scout files in its agentic-os checkout. The agent left the checkout untouched under the foreign-work rule.
macOS is a local-only Ansible target and was not reachable from the Windows run.

Operator actions

Kai decides where the two ser8 scout files belong, then Kai moves or commits them without deleting evidence.
Kai fast-forwards the ser8 agentic-os checkout and verifies fresh Bash and Zsh both print $HOME/projects from pwd.
On macOS, Kai fast-forwards agentic-os, runs the infrastructure ansible-sync local shell role, clears any persistent WARP_STARTUP_DIR override, and runs the AOS Warp apply verb.
Kai opens fresh Bash, Zsh, and Warp tabs on macOS and verifies each pwd is $HOME/projects.
