Ward issue: coilyco-flight-deck/ward#1568
AOS issue: coilyco-flight-deck/agentic-os#756

Infrastructure owns native-host attribution and convergence of the AOS release image. Ward must remain provider-neutral.

Acceptance:

Native Codex and Claude attribution remains owned by the infrastructure convergence role and Windows script.
Dev-harness convergence pulls the AOS-published release image that owns container identity.
Infrastructure documentation no longer describes Ward as a fallback owner for coilyco attribution.
