Outcome

Run the landed host-local Agent Proxy deprovision path from a native session on Kai's Mac and record live absence.

Why interactive

The Mac is online in the tailnet, but the current Windows operator session cannot reach either port 22 or Tailscale SSH. Repository state and reachable-host checks are complete, but they are not runtime proof for the Mac.

Scope

Sync canonical infrastructure main, including commit 0231c83.
Run the Ward-managed local Ansible converge for the agent-proxy tag.
Verify no Docker container or compose project named agent-proxy remains.
Verify the retired compose file and runtime environment file are absent.
Preserve the local trajectory directory for recovery or later archival.
Confirm http://ser8:8080 remains the only Agent Proxy surface.

Done when

The issue thread contains the native converge result and counts-only absence evidence.
