Outcome

Land the repository-owned deployment definitions without claiming live activation.

Acceptance

Agent Proxy mounts durable trajectory storage, enables body-safe lifecycle emission on the Mac deployment, and reads named Ward skill-use artifacts from a read-only archive mount.
A separately gated LiteLLM role pins LiteLLM and PostgreSQL, keeps API exposure on loopback, persists Postgres state, reads secrets from SSM, exports body-safe OTLP, and provides a deterministic fallback probe.
Disabling LiteLLM stops its containers without deleting Postgres state.
Deployment docs and docs/FEATURES.md reflect the new boundaries.
Repository validation passes.

The parent remains open for secret provisioning, observed converge, parity evidence, and rollback verification.
