The fused coilyco-gaming/eco-app deployment replaces the old eco-mcp-app and jobs-tracker workloads. Remove only the tracked infrastructure inventory for the retired public hosts and the retired eco-spec device identity.

Scope:

Remove Route53 inventory for eco-mcp.coilysiren.me and eco-jobs-tracker.coilysiren.me while preserving eco-app.coilysiren.me and the Eco game host.
Remove eco-spec from the managed Tailscale service inventory.
Preserve eco-mcp in Tailscale because the fused eco-app sidecar reuses that identity.
Update current namespace and topology documentation that still describes the predecessor workloads as active.
Do not apply Terraform, delete SSM parameters, delete devices, or touch the live cluster from the engineer change.

Acceptance:

Terraform inventory and its expected-import helper agree.
Current feature/topology docs name the fused eco-app namespace.
Repository validation passes.
The live destructive follow-up is tracked separately as an interactive operator issue.
