Infrastructure lint and trufflehog jobs cannot start because the runner cannot pull forgejo.coilysiren.me/coilyco-flight-deck/agentic-os:v0.242.0 (manifest unknown). The failure predates the Scoop provisioning work and repeats on current main. Evidence: runs 1468 and 1469. Live verification needed: publish the pinned tag or advance both workflows to an available released image, then confirm both jobs execute their checks.
