The AOS CLI release needs the existing Scoop writer provisioned into its repo Actions secrets. The infrastructure script still defaults to the retired coilyco-bridge bucket, and it has no Ward verb. Add the guarded verb, target coilyco-flight-deck/scoop-bucket, provision AOS without exposing the token, and verify the release publishes bucket/aos.json.
