Paired with agentic-os#635 and agent-compose#48.

Change

Agent-compose now infers AOS personality skills and the shared invariant from the AOS checkout. Update the Ansible role default and docs so roster_sources points at the checkout root instead of the retired agent-compose-source.kdl inventory.

Acceptance

The rendered host config supplies the AOS root.
Role tests and repository validation pass.
No live converge is run from this sealed engineering session.
The commit closes this issue and lands on canonical main.
