agentic-os#549 landed the fresh-shell and Warp startup default at ~/projects. The source is authoritative and this Mac's Warp render was applied, but infrastructure docs say source checkouts are no longer ansible's job. Hosts whose shell links point at a stale ~/projects/coilyco-flight-deck/agentic-os checkout will not see shell/common.sh until that checkout advances. Decide whether fleet-converge, a narrow host-local mechanism, or documentation should cover aos dotfile checkout refreshes without clobbering dirty trees.
