Authored core landed in coilyco-flight-deck/agentic-os#196 (generator generate-agents-pointer, validator agents-pointer, applier scripts/apply-agents-pointer.py, coily verbs apply-agents-pointer / gen-agents-pointer).

This issue is the fleet rollout, per the authoring-vs-rollout split (the tool is authored in agentic-os, the fan-out is an ansible role here).

Scope:

Ansible role that runs apply-agents-pointer across every checkout and commits the refreshed AGENTS.md per repo (bot account, same as the lockdown re-render flow).
One-time bulk render across the 30 managed consumer repos (flight-deck + bridge). Dry-run already confirms: 30 would-write, 2 exempt (agentic-os, agentic-os-kai), 8 skip (coilysiren + no-AGENTS).
Add the agents-pointer hook id to the consumer pre-commit blocks (apply-agentic-os-hooks rollout) so drift is caught going forward.
Pin the agentic-os rev that ships the hook.

Deferred decision: coilysiren/* org (skipped this pass) - decide whether it groups with flight-deck (github, public base) or gets its own treatment, then extend the generator's managed-org map.
