Problem - The k8s-homelab pattern Kai has not adopted: cluster state in a Git repo, reconciled automatically.

Options: ArgoCD or Flux.

References worth stealing:

onedr0p/cluster-template - the well-known Flux homelab template.
bjw-s app-template - a Helm chart for running arbitrary apps.

Recommendation: pick Flux or ArgoCD, move the k3s manifests into a reconciled repo so the homelab is version-controlled like the rest of the stack.
