The kai-macbook-pro-vm lima VM on kais-macbook-pro was deleted 2026-06-04 (silly tech-demo node, dead flannel per k3s-deploy-notes #163, no live workloads). Stale pointers to clean up:

  • deploy/openclaw.yml nodeSelector comment listing it as a live k3s node
  • k3s node kai-macbook-pro-vm still registered in kai-server cluster (NotReady) - needs kubectl delete node
  • tailnet device 100.96.209.24 (user-authed, untagged, offline) - admin-console delete, not terraform-managed

The k3s-deploy-notes #163 incident write-up is intentionally left intact (historical record).
