Repoint sweep (org split) for this repo: rewrite hardcoded coilysiren/ references to their new orgs (coilyco-bridge / coilyco-flight-deck) per the bucket map, now that both GitHub and Forgejo transferred. Covers github + forgejo URLs, issue refs, and markdown link labels. Workspace filesystem paths, stay-repos, and bare-prose mentions left unchanged. Part of the sweep tracked in coilyco-bridge/agentic-os-kai#534.
