Final phase of the GHA→Forgejo migration push that started in #113. Doc updates only:

  • AGENTS.md: state that infrastructure is Forgejo-primary, document the local fan-out origin shape, point post-push CI verify at the Forgejo API.
  • docs/k3s-deploy-notes.md: update the caddy-shortcuts workflow path from .github/workflows/ to .forgejo/workflows/.

Cross-repo deploy knowledge in k3s-deploy-notes.md still documents GHA workflow shapes for sibling repos that have not migrated. Cross-repo ruleset cleanup (the GH apply-rulesets enforces verified-signed commits, which is no longer load-bearing for this repo) is a separate follow-up tracked elsewhere.
