Current Forgejo CI uses Ruby syntax checks across Formula/*.rb because the pinned agentic-os/dev-base image used by this repo does not ship Homebrew. Follow-up: switch .forgejo/workflows/ci.yml back to ward exec audit once the image includes brew.

Upstream blocker filed as coilyco-flight-deck/agentic-os#379. AOS live main is at v0.227.0 and still does not install Homebrew in dev-base, so the tap CI restore should wait until that image publishes with brew available.
