Migrate this repo to the prefixed repo-<name> pointer skill and remove the legacy bare-name skill dir.

Part of the fleet-wide repo-pointer-skill cleanup: the bare-name skills were the original (mis-named) save, superseded by the Forgejo-sourced repo-<name> form. This commits the prefixed skill and deletes the bare leftover where present.

Lineage: coilysiren/agentic-os-kai#312, #493.
