Symptom

Per-repo .claude/settings.json and lockdown-deny.sh had drifted from canonical. Multiple template variants existed across coilysiren/* (different deny-list lengths, different lockdown-deny.sh comment styles).

Fix

Re-stamped via coily lockdown --apply --replace --recursive from ~/projects/coilysiren/. Now matches current canonical.

Context

Cleanup sweep covering ~25 repos. See companion issues coilysiren/coily#124 (recursive UX) and coilysiren/coily#125 (canonical git allow-list too narrow).
