Problem

Two PR-flow features are being removed across the org (canonical removal: agentic-os-kai#580):

  1. codex-review-gate - required-status-check ruleset that blocked PR merge until the Codex bot's review comment matched a clean phrase. The workflow shipped a codex-review-gate check.
  2. undraft-and-poke-codex - workflow that flipped draft PRs to ready-for-review on pull_request: opened and posted @codex review via the CODEX_SUMMON_TOKEN PAT.

Fix

  • Delete .github/workflows/codex-review-gate.yml.
  • Delete .github/workflows/undraft-and-poke-codex.yml.
  • Delete the Require codex-review-gate before PR merge branch ruleset on GitHub.
