Change - Replace any prior repo: local managed pre-commit blocks (catalog-block-present, catalog-doc-size, catalog-trifecta, skill-discipline, commit-msg) with a single managed repo: https://github.com/coilysiren/agentic-os block pinned at v0.2.1. Delete stamped local scripts/check-*.py copies. Adopt the conventional-commit hook (commit-msg stage).

Why - One canonical source of validators; consumers stay in sync via pre-commit autoupdate or coily apply-agentic-os-hooks. No more drift across stamped copies.
