Summary:

  • Make agent-terminal invoke aoscompose as the Alacritty child and expose the packaged aosterm command.
  • Allow positional role and seat with role default lookup from .agents/harness-launch-profiles.yaml or the embedded release copy.
  • Ship aosterm artifacts through release build, Homebrew, Scoop, and release smoke checks.
  • Keep AOS auth default-on in docs, with --auth=false as the explicit opt-out path.
  • Scope the role-personality projection to launch-profile roles so unlaunchable person-snapshot roles do not break context-budget reports.
