Summary

  • Shrink .agents/harness-launch-profiles.yaml to role-to-agent YAML
  • Stop AOS from owning harness model and effort defaults or Ward WARD_* model env
  • Keep standalone auth default-on with --auth=false as the opt-out while preserving Agent Compose model-tier from runtime model or harness
