Decision

Durably authorize agents to send public-safe, tracked repository evaluation inputs to OpenAI's Codex cloud for model inference and independent review.

Scope

The approval covers role bundles, evaluation prompts, rubrics, and model responses that are already public-safe repository material. It excludes secrets, credentials, private overlays, customer data, unpublished personal information, and raw operational payloads.

The policy authorizes evaluation transport only. It does not authorize publication or other external action.

Acceptance

The canonical public-safe AGENTS.md states the narrow transport approval.
The existing Agent Proxy routing rule remains intact for Ollama and LiteLLM.
Temporary evaluation-lane availability remains owned by repository configuration rather than durable agent policy.
