Commit d46329bd landed the native Claude shadow containment and closed #871. Forgejo CI run 2761 reports:

aos-cli-tests - success
ward-doctor - success
gate - failure

The exact local CI command, ward exec repo-test-gate, passes 622 tests and the complete pre-commit suite on the landed commit. The guarded Forgejo Actions log endpoint returns 404 for this run, so the failed gate's stderr is not available through the approved read-only API surface.

Operator action

Inspect run 2761's gate job through an authenticated Forgejo Actions surface.
Capture the failing command and exact error output.
If the failure is transient or runner-owned, rerun it under Ops authority and verify that promotion resumes.
If the evidence identifies a repository defect, return it to Engineer with the failing command and acceptance condition.
