Goal

Remove AOS's fixed director, QA, and engineer role gate from the Ward adapter so any safe agent-compose role can cross the provider-neutral context-bundle boundary.

Acceptance

Warded composition accepts any safe role slug.
Existing engineer, QA, and director command shapes remain compatible.
A generic role can carry freeform work without an issue reference.
Context roles grant no Ward authority.
Dry-run and focused tests prove an arbitrary role reaches Ward unchanged.

Coordinates with coilyco-flight-deck/ward#1626, coilysiren/inbox#309, and coilysiren/inbox#310.
