Preserve the valid gzip Swagger lock through the native Aguard release build. This fixes the post-merge release failure where specgen rejected plain JSON stored under the .gz filename.

Refs #728

Tests: focused release and Aguard tests, shellcheck, and ward exec aguard-build.
