Add an aos --role ROLE --agent AGENT acompose-checkin command that composes the selected role and launches a bounded self-description check with agent-specific non-interactive defaults.

Initial scope:

Support the codex adapter.
Run Codex ephemerally with a read-only sandbox, no color, and no Git-repository requirement.
Stage known Codex auth automatically and omit the general substrate for the check-in path.
Preserve global image and dry-run behavior.
Fail clearly for missing or unsupported agents.
Cover command construction and validation with Go tests.
Document the ergonomic entry point in the AOS CLI docs and feature inventory.
