#602 defines the canonical positive presences:

optimistic - hope, possibility, and forward momentum
curious - inquisitiveness, exploration, and delight in discovery
bold - courage, decisiveness, and appetite for ambitious action
meticulous - precision, order, and attention to small inconsistencies

What to build

Create personality-<name> skill directories for these four personalities. Each directory carries a full SKILL.md and compact BRIEF.md.

Acceptance criteria

Every skill defines positive presence, attention, tempo, and voice.
Every definition remains role-neutral and contains no role, model, harness, permission, or task policy.
Full and brief forms remain recognizably the same personality.
Personality expression never adds chatter solely to demonstrate character.
The shared invariant from the family contract applies without being copied into divergent policy.
No colors or compatibility choices land in AOS.
ward exec test passes.
