The coding-ruby SKILL.md frontmatter description: field is currently 311 bytes UTF-8, over the 200-byte cap enforced by the validate-skills pre-commit hook for normal-category skills.

Trim the description to fit the cap while preserving the load-bearing routing signal (Kai's Ruby Together / RubyGems / Bundler maintainer authority - that is what tells agents she has deep authority here, not generic Ruby knowledge).

Move stripped content into the SKILL.md body:

Alias keyword list (ruby, .rb, rubygems, bundler, gem, gemfile, rake, rails, sinatra, rspec, minitest, sidekiq, rbenv, rvm, asdf-ruby) goes into a ## Triggers section.
"Not active in current work, defer to her familiarity" framing already lives in the body's Posture section.

Validate with pre-commit try-repo . validate-skills --all-files before committing.
