Problem

The coding-javascript-react skill description is ~440 bytes, well over the 200-byte UTF-8 cap enforced by agentic_os/validate_skills.py from categories.yaml for normal (non-router / non-meta) skills.

Fix

Trim the frontmatter description: to lead with the anti-React stance (Kai dislikes React, forced-only) plus the preferred alternatives (Vue, Svelte, HTMX, plain DOM). Move the longer "when forced, keep patterns simple" elaboration into the SKILL.md body, and relocate the React-ecosystem alias keyword list to a ## Triggers section.
