Drain of parked working-tree edits in agentic-os:

Karabiner RDP keyboard capture - new karabiner/rdp-keyboard-capture.json complex modification remapping command -> control while a Windows App / Microsoft Remote Desktop window is frontmost, so Cmd hotkeys reach the remote Windows session. Documented in docs/FEATURES.md and docs/repo-layout.md.
gulp skill clarification - kai-gish/SKILL.md + references/gulp.md: ff-only sync as step 0, explicit coilysiren/ scope, and GitHub-only profile-repo handling (land to GitHub origin, never skip for a missing Forgejo remote).

Landed via gulp.
