Repoint coilysiren/ org-prefix references in agentic-os (Bucket B)

Same-repo mirror of the cross-org sweep tracker agentic-os-kai#534. This issue exists so the same-repo closes-issue hook can bind the fix commit here.

Repoint org-only prose/URL references (Bucket B) from coilysiren/<moved-repo> to the new orgs (coilyco-flight-deck / coilyco-bridge).

Deliberately out of scope:

Issue refs coilysiren/<repo>#N (Bucket B2) - numbers likely stale post issue-sweep; need verified mapping. See #112.
The injected hook-source repo: URL + AGENTIC_OS_URL (Bucket A, load-bearing, fleet-coupled). Flagged on #115.
SSM paths (/coilysiren/<repo>/...) and workspace filesystem paths (~/projects/coilysiren/...) - do not move with the GitHub org.
