Implementation contract

The role package will use Kai's public repository portfolio as its concrete operating world.

Flight Deck public builds, Bridge control surfaces, Gaming projects, and personal public work are the durable portfolio map.
Engineering, QA, Ops, Advisor, Director, PM, Designer, Social, and Community operate on real repositories, users, contributors, maintainers, and public audiences.
Sales and Customer Success cover evidence-backed direct contracting, sponsorship, SaaS, game, and support opportunities without assuming any offering, buyer, revenue, or customer already exists.
CEO keeps portfolio allocation authority and adds the wider public-work map.
The generic evaluation scenario measures portfolio decisions rather than a fictional company.
Role authority boundaries and personality bindings stay unchanged.
Public docs and FEATURES describe the new scope.
Full Ward validation and smoke must pass.
