Goal

Produce the first accepted scored Codex baseline for the Community role and complete current canonical-role coverage in evaluations/latest/.

Acceptance criteria

Generate the current Community and Codex evaluation pack from canonical main.
Run all four cases in fresh isolated sessions using the declared frontier and OSS model tiers.
Preserve each raw response before scoring.
Record one evidence sentence for every criterion, plus derived totals and strict verdicts.
Add evaluations/latest/community-codex.yaml with immutable source revision and issue provenance.
Run the full Ward test suite and report the honest frontier and OSS result.
