Outcome

Add canonical placeholder identities for every public harness currently selected by AOSH's role-intent board. Agent-compose remains the owner of named seats.

Repeated role-harness selections are deduplicated. Private AOSX is outside this OSS slice.

Placeholder policy

Names use placeholder <harness> <addressable role title> so unfinished identities stay obvious and grep-friendly.
Pronouns use unspecified until Kai chooses each identity.
Existing Claude and Codex names and pronouns remain unchanged.

Acceptance

The embedded person source carries all 14 selected public harness seats.
Tests keep Claude and Codex invariants without assuming every role has exactly two seats.
Roster and bundle metadata derive and render every added seat.
The person contract and feature inventory document 34 total seats and placeholder status.
Full validation and smoke pass.

Validation note: every affected person, metadata, and roster package passed. The full ward exec test command stopped only at the existing TestWarmRefreshIsFastAndReuses wall-clock flake tracked in #66, now with a second occurrence recorded there. The agent ran the remaining deterministic phases separately: palette tests, full pre-commit catalog, lint, build, and serial six-stage smoke all passed.
