Move the 16 canonical personality SKILL.md bodies and shared invariant from agentic-os into agent-compose. Embed them in the released binary as the built-in person:kai source so composition and roster rendering no longer depend on an AOS checkout for personality expression. Keep external provider sources for ordinary and role-composed skills. During rolling upgrades, identical legacy AOS personality copies must shadow cleanly behind the built-in source. Update resolver, bundle, roster, provider inference, tests, and ownership docs. Coordinate the AOS removal and infrastructure roster-source rollout in their own issues.
