Remove density as a semantic compose input and bundle field. Compile the canonical SKILL.md body for every selected skill. Delete brief fixtures and BRIEF.md selection logic, update describe and verification surfaces, and reduce compatibility coverage to native versus compiled delivery. Accept legacy density "full" as an ignored rolling-upgrade input while rejecting brief so older AOS launchers remain compatible with the moving release image.

Coordinate with the AOS provider cleanup in coilyco-flight-deck/agentic-os.

The brief-density axis has no production caller. Native delivery ignores it, compiled brief delivery duplicates provider prose through BRIEF.md, and the four-mode contract adds schema, manifest, resolver, fixture, and documentation surface without a current use.
