Kai needs selected servers in the canonical mcporter inventory to carry Codex-specific default tool approval policy without changing mcporter or Claude behavior.\n\nAcceptance:\n* The inventory supports an extension-scoped Codex approval mode.\n* The projector validates supported modes.\n* Codex receives default_tools_approval_mode for configured servers.\n* Claude ignores the Codex-only metadata.\n* Focused and repository validation pass.
