Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
A role-specific bundle currently selects personality doctrine and role-composed skills, but content/instructions.md omits the selected role's canonical briefing. AOS therefore projects a Codex AGENTS.md without the operating charter even though agent-compose knows it. Add the role briefing to native and compiled instruction delivery, record the selection in the decision trace, cover bundle and projection behavior, and update the role-briefing and projection docs. Acceptance: designer composition projects the designer charter to Codex AGENTS.md; source instructions remain present; all delivery modes remain deterministic; role and harness authority stay separate.
