Return every Core Roster role to exactly three default personalities before the eight-role evaluation refresh, while preserving meaningful role fit and a broad identity-color spread.

Current evidence

The roster has eight roles and 16 canonical personalities.
Current melds consume 33 slots. Meticulous appears five times and Grounded four times.
The historical three-slot roster predates the newer AI Engineer and unified Content Creator roles.
Simply dropping each current meld's final entry would leave Warm, Decisive, and Tenacious unused.

Acceptance

Every Core role declares exactly three ordered personalities.
Every canonical personality appears in at least one Core role.
No personality appears in more than three Core roles.
Each meld remains role-specific rather than chosen only for numerical balance.
The palette projection exposes eight distinct, legible melded role colors.
Tests derive the three-slot and coverage rules from the loaded Core graph without restating the role mapping.
Current docs describe the 16-personality, three-per-role Core contract.
Fresh evaluation packs render successfully. Existing scored results remain immutable and stale until #223 reruns them.
Repository validation passes except the expected scorecard freshness gate tracked by #223.
