Outcome

Extend the trusted .agents/roles.kdl loader and mount-manifest compiler with named repository providers and role references while retaining the legacy YAML input for one migration release.

Acceptance

Named provider declarations and role references parse and validate fail closed.
Trusted root manifests compile provider paths, required state, selectors, and declaration provenance into mount eligibility.
Native and staged composition preserve existing provider hydration, selector, trace, describe, and diff behavior.
Legacy YAML and KDL declarations fail when both are active.
Repository validation passes through declared Ward verbs.
