Summary

  • Add frontier, commodity, and OSS model tiers independently from bundle model class.
  • Encode the Core role matrix: Director, Portfolio Strategist, and DevOps are frontier-only. Engineer, QA, Designer, and Content Manager support frontier and commodity. Community is OSS-only.
  • Keep Community's Discord seat classified OSS while Claude and Codex remain model-neutral evaluator identities.
  • Carry tiers through native launch, manifests, cache identity, evaluation packs, scorecards, examples, and public contracts.
