Outcome

Replace the non-attributable role-route Design result with a direct model field against ornith:35b through Agent Proxy. Use the existing no-fallback route pinned to Ornith for every full-context and low-context case.

Acceptance

All twelve current Design cases target the same ornith:35b model through Agent Proxy.
The transport route has no fallback model and every first response is preserved without retry.
Provenance records the current main revision and current Design pack digest.
Scoring follows the current rubric with one evidence sentence per criterion.
The scorecard is regenerated and current-pack validation remains enabled.
ward exec test and ward exec smoke pass from clean committed state.
Issue #163 remains open unless all six frontier cases pass.
